While the matter of whether a comment posted by a member of the public on this blog constitutes defamation or not on our part is under consideration with counsels, the said contents have been removed by way of abundant caution and without prejudice to our rights and contentions.

It is further made clear that the said action of the said lawyers of IndiaMart is regrettable, and it is a sad situation that instead of taking the higher ground and responding to criticism made by someone claiming to be their customer, IndiaMart seemingly prefers to threaten us with legal consequences on the basis of the action of a person who made a comment on a forum/blog that is open for the general public to leave their own personal opinions etc.
