Insanities at Om Sweets Sector-14, Gurgaon

I went to the restaurant to get some Raajma Chawal (yumm yumm!) and noticed the fine prints at the back of the brochure. Could not resist posting it here. Especially point no. 2…
Differential Pricing Sucks.

Point 2 :
Implies that, if u are getting served other then Sec-14 branch either you will get charged more or will not get good service..
Can anybody tell me any other reason

Om Sweets is a good place, value for money. May be they have the points on the back of the Menu, however it is just for legal purposes and we as customers need not worry about them being printed there as until and unless one is affected……..simple and clear…just dont bother.

It really is a place worth going specially with your family or girlfriend food is good and not very expensive but the problem is that it is always full at times you have to wait for a table or stand and eat specially in evenings and holidays.

i happened to visit om sweets many a times. never to be left saying, the sweets ,especially laddu is amazing. but sometimes the hospitality is not upto the mark & i believe thart they should try increasing the space as customers do have to wait for a place often.

Once I went there with my cousin to have dinner. We ordered chola bhatura and as I took the first byte all my expactaion broke. I heard a lot abt Om sweet, but its food not worthy at all. Moreover, it’s not even up to the mark. I don’t know why people think that Om sweet has very good quality food. I think they sud enhance the food quality as they charged quite high.
At last, In my opinion, u can visit Om sweet but don’t have high expactation.

This is really sick…We have ordered for around Rs. 1500 and the order was to be delicverde in an hours time. It took them more than 3 hours and every time we checked in the guy said its on the way.
This is really Very Very pathetic customer service. The person who takes order has no ethics at all. Atleast be transparent.

Its all useless, all hype and complete nonsense. The prices are very high, may be he thinks by keeping high prices he can match status of Haldiram.
