Hav u evr wondered that the company which is so much after crubing piracy does it follow the practices too, yes i am talkin about microsoft only.
for editing there sound files they hav used a cracked version of sound forge.
well now u will say i am just blamin them. well to see for ur self go to C:\WINDOWS\Media and just open the .wav file one by one with the text editor and u will see what i mean

you certainly cannot blame microsoft for what one of their employees or outsourced sound team member did.
